Parte il rito sacro del Polletto alla Griglia: succoso, tenero, con quella crosticina che ti guarda e ti sussurra “mangiami tutto, fino all’osso!” Poi è successo l’incredibile… • Pancetta alla griglia: poesia affumicata che si scioglie in bocca • Salsiccia: saporita, decisa, ha cantato “Napule è” nel palato • Spiedini: perfettamente infilzati, come Cupido che ti fa innamorare del barbecue • Patate al forno e chips croccanti? Altro che contorno… erano protagoniste! “ Trattoria e rosticceria storica della zona, molto buona. La location è “vissuta” ma ordinata e pulita, il servizio è gentile e il cibo è ottimo. Carne di ottima qualità, la pancetta era davvero buonissima e i prezzi mi hanno stupito, bassissimi. Si mangia bene e si paga poco, posto consigliatissimo. ”

Il pollo è cotto alla perfezione, con una carne tenera, succosa e ricca di sapore, accompagnato da una pelle croccante e ben dorata. Le patatine sono eccellenti, croccanti fuori e morbide dentro. “ Ci vado ormai da un po' di anni e l'ho consigliato a molti miei amici. Ottimo rapporto quantità/prezzo. Dal menu potete scegliere i vari pezzi di carne da mangiare tra i quali consiglio il filetto di maiale, le tracchie, la pancetta e il cosciotto di tacchino. Il locale è dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento con stufa a pellet. ”
